Except for the part where I just spent several hours switching out everything from the old computer to the new one, including boxing up the old printer. And getting indelible printer ink all over my hands and arms. And face and shirt.
Note to self: take the cartridges out BEFORE upending. :-(

In nonink spillage related moments, Theater Unbound's production of "Frankenstein Incarnate: The Passions of Mary Shelley" is quite worthwhile, probably the strongest show we've seen from them. They juxtaposed scenes from the novel with scenes from her life and it worked quite well. Good performances, interesting staging. Sufficith to say, if you ever fantasized about a fling with a Romantic poet (Byron and that lot), you're over it by the end. They've only got one more week on the run so check it out - it's playing at The Neighborhood House/Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center, 179 Robie Street, St. Paul. http://homepage.mac.com/theatreunbound/Sites/site/TU3/index.html

Tonight, it's off to see "The Deception" at the Theatre de la Jeune Lune. 18th century role reversals and gender play, a personal fave. Plus it's French, so there's the added charm of much drama and a sophisticated inexplicable quality. Huzzah! :-)
Speaking of which, the beauteous Rebecca has been turning us on to the anime series 'Le Chevalier D'Eon," featuring many of the same elements described above. Oodles of fun, as anything involving sword-wielding women, zombies, ghostly possession and the consistent confusion between Psalms and sutras has to be.
