catherineldfworkshop and am trying to figure out whether I'm responding to it as "Wow! That's a great idea for a story!" or "Wow! This is my new spiritual path, to the extent that I want one." The workshop presenter, Kari Tauring, was fascinating to listen to and brought up some new takes on Norse myths that I wasn't familiar with. I ended up being very intrigued by the Vanir (the distinctions between them and Aesir having been less than clear to me before), the Völva, and some of the crosscultural elements. particularly the runes. Think I need to study up some more.
