Just heard back from Lyn McConchie that her story "Waiting Tables and Time," also from Haunted Hearths, made the final ballot for the Vogels too! :-D
Great job, Lyn!

Rumor also has it that this is the first time that stories with LGBT content have made to the final Vogel ballot, making this even more cool, if possible.

This is all the more interesting because Lyn's story was panned by one reviewer. Clearly, Vogel voters disagree, and Lyn has the last laugh. :)
