Speaking of which, I'm signing books with Rachel Kramer Bussel this coming Saturday (the 9th) at Amazon Bookstore at 47th and Chicago, from 5:30 to 6:30. Just in case you wondered how my life had been transformed by being an award-winning writer. :-)

Other less nifty things are afoot but I'll post about them later when I simmer down. We did manage to put the stove in the kitchen tonight - it gets hooked up tomorrow, the new marmoleum countertops are gorgeous and we almost have a kitchen once more. Huzzah!

Oh, I almost forgot...do you have any writing classes planned for the near future? I'm all set to go the novel intensive at the Harvest Workshop this Sept put on by the Midwest Fiction Writers but I'm always looking for more and interesting classes and workshops to take. Right at the moment, I'm mostly a nonfic author (I sold a story last year, but then they yanked the sale out from under me) but I also want to break into fic, specifically into erotic and/or fantasy fic.

Not a clue. :-) The last local RWA thing I went to had about 40 or so people at it so I'm guessing at least 60-70 on this one.
