The plan is that we will be taking the train for Chicon and should get in on Wednesday, barring any exciting issues. J is coming with me (and if you know her from other events, etc., her decline has been pretty precipitous and she will not remember you - please do not take it personally. Conversations tend to be disjointed and I will be spending some time either taking her places or making sure she eats and will need to plan accordingly.). That said, looking forward to the con and to seeing people! Also, I really want to take one of the boat architecture tours so if anyone would like join me/us, let me know. Hopefully high tea somewhere and a trip to the Aquarium or the Art Institute too! Getting tix for the boat tour this weekend.

OMG, there's a Queer Elder Meetup! How cool is this! I'm seeing if I can get my Table Talk shifted to a better time since ain't no one coming to hear me on Saturday right before the Masquerade, but if I can't get it moved, I'll plan to record a TikTok or equivalent and maybe liveTweet some of the things I would otherwise talk to other people about. We'll see how it goes. Who else is going?
