Montreal reading?

I might be doing a reading in Montreal at the end of March with the fabulous Nairne Holtz (author of the excellent "The Skin Beneath" among other things), Elise Moser (author and co/editor of a lot of cool things, including "Lust for Life") and assorted others as yet unnamed in the email. Very excited about the prospect!

Ooh, where in Montreal? I'm going to be going to Montreal sometime in March (it's my hometown and my niece will have a new baby I will need to be visiting)

Oh cool! I don't have any details at the moment - Nairne just suggested it last night but I'll email you as soon as I have a better idea of what's going on. :-)

Lust for Life! Of course! I just posted a comment to Storm Grant saying that you have worked with Claude Lalumiere (editor/publisher?), whom she knows nothing about. (Storm posted a call-for-submissions from him.)

Please let us know the time & venue of the reading in Montreal. Is this organized by a publisher, writing group, secret cabal of writers??

Elise Moser's writing is fascinating. She has submitted stories to Wascana Review, literary magazine from the U. of Regina where I am a consulting editor. Small world.

Well, I think the secret cabal is Nairne and Elise at the moment; Nairne just suggested it last night so that's about as far as we've gotten. But I'll let you know as soon as I know a bit more. I'm really excited about meeting Claude and Elise - we've exchanged emails but never met in person.
