January:
- greydogtales - Online. Queer Horror Month Celebration (collaboration with Gingernuts of Horror). Monthlong through January. I have a lengthy interview up about my work and thoughts about queer horror; plus, my short fiction collection Out of This World: Queer Speculative Fiction will be on sale 1/21-1/27.
- Queen of Swords Press 2nd Birthday Celebration at Bingley's Tea Salon - Minneapolis. January 19th, 2-4PM. Books, munchies, chocolate and excellent company! Come celebrate with us!
- 13 Gears: An Eclectic Steampunk Event - Minneapolis. February 9th-10th. Queen of Swords Press will have a table selling some of our steampunk and steampunk-friendly titles, and we will be hosting local authors Michael Merriam and Patrick W. Marsh.
- Whimsical Words - An Interview with Catherine Lundoff
- Not-So-Silent-Planet - Minneapolis, February 19th. Kieran's Irish Pub, 8-10PM. I'll be one of the guest performers for the Valentine's Day show.

- In Flagrante Delicto: Writing Effective Sex Scenes- The Rambo Academy for Wayward Writers, March 31, online, 9:30-11:30AM PST. Write better sex scenes!
- So You Want to Put Together an Anthology?- The Rambo Academy for Wayward Writers, April 7, online, 9:30-11:30AM PST. Workshop on what goes into editing an anthology, creating a call for stories, finding writers, etc.
- ClexaCon - Las Vegas, NV. April 11-15. Queen of Swords Press will also be splitting a table with author Rachel Gold and will have some books from Blind Eye Books in the Dealer's Room. I'll also be on a panel with Rachel and other authors on "Breaking into Publishing."
- UntitledTown, Green Bay, WI. April 26-28th. I'll be reading at the Pride Center at UW Green Bay at noon on 4/26 and will be on a panel on diversity in fiction and doing a presentation on being a small press publisher on 4/27.
- Wordplay, Minneapolis, MN - May 11-12th. The Loft Literary's new author festival. Michael Merriam and I will be reading on the Pop-up Stage at 2PM on 5/12.
- Cream & Amber Author Reading, Hopkins, MN - May 19th. 2-3:30. Michael Merriam and I will be reading from Scourge of the Seas of Time (and Space)
- WisCon, Madison, WI - May 24th-27th. A panel on marketing books, a presentation on small press publishing and a Queen of Swords Press party for our new titles.
- 4th Street Fantasy, St. Louis Park, MN, June 13-16. "Monster Mash and Smash" panel.

- OutWrite 2019 - Washington, D.C. August 3. 4PM: Queering the Grotesque reading.
- Queer Voices Reading, Quatrefoil Library, September 20th, 7PM-8:30PM. I'll be reading with Rachel Gold and other contributors to the anthology.
- St. Cloud Pride in the Park, St. Cloud, MN, September 21st, 11-4:00 PM. Queen of Swords Press will have a table.
- Steampunk Tales and Tea - Bingley's Tea Salon, Minneapolis. Saturday, September 28th. Afternoon, TBD. Michael Merriam and I will be reading steampunk stories! We may end up in the art gallery downstairs from Bingley's - stay tuned for details.

- MCBA Fall ComicCon, State Fairgrounds, St. Paul. October 5th, 10-6PM. Queen of Swords Press will have its first comic convention table!
- Speculations Reading Series, DreamHaven Books, Minneapolis. October 9th. 6:30-7:45. Book release for Unfinished Business: Tales of the Dark Fantastic!
- 2019 Twin Cities Book Festival, St. Paul, MN. October 12. Queen of Swords Press will have a book table and will be hosting author Michael Merriam again as a guest author.
- Crimson Peaks and Menacing Mansions: Crafting the Gothic Tale - October 13th, 11:30-1:30. Online class, Cat Rambo's Academy for Wayward Writers.
- Charis Books and More - Meg Elison and I will be among the authors reading at the bookstore on October 17th
- MultiverseCon - Atlanta, GA. October 18-20th. Author guest - doing panels, a reading and a talk on small press publishing. My wife, Jana Pullman, will be an artist guest and will be teaching a workshop as well as having work in the art show.

- Eat My Words Bookstore - reading from Unfinished Business: Tales of the Dark Fantastic on October 30th. 7-8PM.
- "Breaking Out of the Slush Pile" - Online class at Hidden Timber Books, Moved to February 2020! Check link for pricing. I'll be talking about ways to make your work noticed in a good way and answering your questions.
- DreamHaven Books/Ampersand Club- November 7th, 7PM. DreamHaven Books owner Greg Ketter and I will be talking to the Ampersand Club about running small press publishing companies and genre fiction.
- A Room of One's Own Bookstore - Madison, WI. November 14th. 6-7:45. "Running a Small Press" - publisher talk and short readings from Queen of Swords Press titles.
- SENA Winter Market Crawl - Sunday, December 1st, Noon-4PM. Queen of Swords Press will have a table with Jana Pullman at one of the pop-up events.
- The L Spot's 2nd Annual Queer Author Holiday Gathering at Eat My Words Bookstore in Minneapolis. Saturday, November 7th, 1-7PM. I'll be reading at 3PM and tabling until 5PM, when I have to leave.
- GPS Holiday Emporium - Sunday, December 8th, 9-5PM. Queen of Swords Press will have a book table, shared with local author Michael Merriam.
- Minnesota Women's Art Festival - Saturday, December 14th, 9:30 to 4:30. Minneapolis. Queen of Swords Press will have a book table and will be sharing space with book artist Jana Pullman once again.
