The week thus far

catherineldf- 1 book club
- 2 days of day job training on leadership
- 1 minor illness
-1 potential Mom crisis
- Some actual writing
- Samhain and hopes for a new beginning
The book club was last night - very pleasant and lowkey, lots of nice things said about Silver Moon, lots of requests for a sequel. I celebrating by adding 300 words to said sequel, so it's officially back in progress. no word on novel proposals yet. The two days of leadership training mostly pointed up the problems with most of my managers, but at least I have buckets to put it all in. Feeling mostly better today. Need to try and track down someone at assisted living to give me a referral for Mom, who is alternating grousing about her back and her feet.
In other news, Blessed Samhain and/or Happy Halloween, based on your practice and beliefs! Here's hoping that a new year brings a rebirth and good things, not to mention an end to all the crap of this last year.
