Updates and more updates

It has been a week filled with a lot of stuff. Lots and lots of stuff.
Some highlights:

• I heard back from the acquisitions editor who was looking at my erotic romance sf novel. It is a thumb's up. A really big thumb's up. I now need to finish writing it, complete proposals for 2 more novels, which don't need to be sequential (I'm eyeing a historical and a fantasy novel as possibilities, then a sequel to the sf novel. Or perhaps the sequel in lieu of the fantasy novel). There will be book contracts soonish and I need to track down the contracts lawyer recommended to me by writing friends to see what she thinks. Am excited and terrified at the same time.
  
• But what about the werewolves, Catherine, you may ask? Well, I'll keep working on Blood Moon, of course. I also need to get it outlined so I can start shopping it around and see if a publisher wants to pick it and its sequel up. But the first set of 3 book are the number 1 priority right now since someone definitely wants them. I'll announce who the publisher is after I sign contracts, et al.
