Personal updatey things

catherineldfWhich are mostly of an "ouch" nature, so I'll skip those.
Truth to told, not all that gripping of late. Lots of changes to try and prep for my mom's moving out here, but still no word on that. I'm nearly done with the 2 flash fiction pieces I've been working on. One is sort of New Weirdy and the other is literary, of a sort. We'll see how that goes when they are unleashed upon the world. The sfnal erotic novel is plugging away; I'm over halfway through an initial complete draft. Blood Moon is moving along as well, and I'm about a quarter of the way through a first full draft on that one.
This weekend was spent writing and doing yardwork and beginning to deal with the 7 months or so of cleanup and filing that's piled around the place. Actual dusting is even happening sporadically. Huzzah! I also managed a trip to Menominee for the annual Propitiation of the Red Current Jelly Party at Chez McCullough. Had a fine time with various people and learned about a new graduate program that I want to check out.
Embarking on a new week of work and writing and looking forward to Heart of the Beast's May Day Parade and Ritual next weekend. :-)
