not that i'm looking at the help wanted ads for any particular reason myself, you understand, but boy, there are a lot out there right now for good qa people.
A lot of it going around right now. :-( You know, I keep getting really close, then they lose funding or something completely out of my control falls through. I'm hoping to avoid the crap shoot of activating my resume but I think I'll have to. BTW, we're meeting for dinner over by the coffeeshop/huckster's room, et al Friday night around 6:15 if you'd like to join us. Saturday's dinner has the additional lure of the possibility of the delightful and ever elusive Victor. Should be a fun time! See you this weekend!
It struck me on my way home - I'd been looking for a pithy way of describing it. My IT friends keep talking about my job like it's that lover who's just bad news and why won't I break up with her/him/zir/it? Always a bad sign. :-( I'll see what I can do about the t-shirt. Maybe I can quit to go do the Cafe Press thing. :-)
