Update: If you couldn't make it or wanted to see a reference again, the archive is here.
Cyberpunkish works that seem to fit the bill, either read by me or recommended by others:
Trouble and Her Friends by Melissa Scott - lesbian hackers in a near future setting. Well done and recommended
Arachne by Lisa Mason (also Cyberweb, which I haven't gotten to yet) - female lawyer/hacker forms alliance with a female AI.
Midnight Robber by Nalo Hopkinson - Afro-Caribbean protag becomes a female Robin Hood. Nanotech rather than the usual cyberpunk emphasis on the Web and virtual reality
Samuel Delany - Nova, "Aye and Gomorrah," Dhalgren - are often described as cyberpunk precursors or influences (see http://project.cyberpunk.ru/idb/gibson_interview.html for example)
Nearly Roadkill by Caitlin Sullivan and Kate Bornstein - gender-neutral internet and email based novel
Synners, Mindplayer and Fools, all by Pat Cadigan - figure there's a reason that she's the only female cyberpunk writer most fen can name
Sllver Screen by Justina Robson - AIs. robotics, cyborgs, female protagonist wrestling with tech-based issues
The Silent City by Elizabeth Vonarburg - possibly more of a precursor - dystopian future, technology-driven setting, female protagonist dealing tech and gender
Maul by Tricia Sullivan - near future, virtual reality, female protagonist, gender analysis
He, She and It by Marge Piercy - dystopian future, cyborgs, Jewish female protagonist dealing with the question of what is human/what is machine
Proxies by Laura Mixon - cybertech, vr, female protagonist as scientist
The Fortunate Fall by Raphael Carter - tackles mechanized media and homophobia, strong female protagonist.
Moxyland and Zooland by Lauren Beukes - tackles corporate control via cellphone, pop culture, social change, set in South Africa with strong female protagonists.
AngelLINK series: Archangel Protocol, Fallen Host, etc. by Lyda Morehouse - computer implants, religion, angels, a strong female protagonist.
Futureland by Walter Mosley - series of stories in a near, dystopian future dealing primarily with race and class issues in the U.S.
Red Spider, White Web by Misha - tackles race, technology and art in dystopian near future.
"Beatrix Gates" and "Angel Baby" by Rachel Pollack - two tech-based short stories by Pollack.
Queerpunk edited by Cecilia Tan and Kelly Kinkaid - anthology of queer erotic cyberpunk stories.
Bachelor Machine by M. Christian - single author erotica collection, some cyberpunk stories
