Publicity suggestions for new collection?

The current plan is for my new collection, "A Day at the Inn, A Night at the Palace and Other Stories" to be available by the Twin Cities Book Festival, 10/15. (Remember it's mostly reprints so this isn't totally out of whack). Which means that I need to start lining up publicity options. It crosses genres (fantasy and historical not quite romance) with queer female protagonists, some of it implied. So getting it into the hands of people who would want to read it is likely to be somewhat of a challenge. Any suggestions? Recommendations? All reasonable suggestions welcome. :-)
