Which at the moment means that my author table application was accepted. Hopefully, we'll find out if the panel is likely to happen this year sometime soon. I'm quite psyched about the Fest since this is a new venue for me and I expect to have a new book out in time for it. :-D

Yay for acceptance! It looks like they get quite a good turnout, too.

They do and it's an interesting mix of authors and publishers. I figure it'll make for good people watching and chatting even if I don't sell many books. :-)
There's also the prestige factor in the parts, which does not hurt either.
How's your new job coming along?

I'm still at the "best job ever" stage, working with cute, smart boys, some of whom are fanboys, gamers and geeks of other sorts. I'm old enough to be mother of many of them, but they don't treat me that way. Crossing fingers that it stays this good.
