I've been out as bi for 25 years, met my partner (now wife) 17 years ago (at a women's line dancing workshop in the Unitarian Society's basement in lovely Iowa City) and been married to her slightly over 1 year.
Please consider supporting an organization that works with queer youth today.
My pick is District 202 -http://www.dist202.org/
As noted elsewhere, being out is a privilege, one that I'm glad that I have. A huge thank you to all of the folks whose activism and support has made that possible.
