catherineldfFor context on this conversation, I work in the corporate equivalent of jargon central with a rat's nest of shifting expectations (meaning no disrespect to the rat, which probably does the nest thing better) and Jana is a self-employed artist.
Me: we still going to the Farmer's Market this morning?
J: I thought that was the plan.
Me: Plans change - just checking.
J(in very grave tones): I think we need to move forward with the solutioning.
Am still giggling.
In unrelated news, saw "Salt" last night and found it a decent action film with a (comparatively) refreshing lack of sexualized violence. Very fast-paced and quite violent, mind, but if it's the sort of thing you like, you could do far worse.
