posted for a bit. This would be due in part to the new fun things going on at the day job; apparently, I'm so good at QA, I should also write my own requirements while I'm at it. I'm pushing for writing my own code too but so far no one's taken me up on it. :-( Lots of overtime now and for the foreseeable future, not much writing or social time. Groan.
I did manage to hang out with the fabulous elisem, the witty and vivacious mr_bad_example and the charming and erudite evilroygato at various times over the last few weeks. Thanks for helping keep me sane! (Or as close to that state as I get :-).
I also got to hear from an old college friend who I'd lost touch with so there have definitely been some shiny moments. Now off to go start sending out emails with my new email address. Huzzah!

At least it sounds like good-busy, as these things go. Thanks for the e-mail update--I came within a few atoms of not opening it because there was no indication of who it was from, but some mysterious force guided my clicky-finger, so I did. I will use the addie soon to impart various bits of writing gossip, and more than likely guidelines as well.
