Agreed; what I said is sort of tangential to the immediate issue, which is that OddCon is deliberately fucking up.
But even without what else we know about Jim Frenkel (and Richard Russell), at this point I consider "he's my friend so I'm sure he wouldn't do that, or won't do it again," to be a strike against someone.
