Award eligibility

In case anyone's interested. I've only had 2 SFF stories out this year:

• (Short Fiction, Horror/Dark Fantasy, LGBTQ) "Medium Mechanique" in Ghosts in Gaslight, Monsters in Steam: Gay Cities V (Minor Arcana Press). This is also a fundraiser antho for AiDS-related services in the Seattle area, BTW.
• (Short/flash fiction under 1500 words, Science Fiction) "The Light Fantastic" in Luna Station Quarterly, Vol. 16. This is free to read online, but if you like it, please consider kicking some $ toward the zine.
