And in totally unrelated news, the house next door to ours is up for sale. We would love to have neighbors that we liked again, it's been awhile. So far, we've been running about 50/50 on love/hate relationships with a string of renters and some of the "likes" have just been too quiet to be noticeable.  At any rate, please spread the word if you know anyone who's looking.
