Doing the Wonen's Week thing. Or part of it anyway.
The good - hanging out with Sacchi Green and her amiable pal/assistant and getting to see Lynn Ames and some other folks I only get to see once a year or so. The shopping's pleasant, Now Voyager Bookstore has my books in and the BBC production of "The Secret Diaries of Anne Lister" was pretty good.
The not-so-good: between the bell tower clock across the street and the early morning construction work, not getting much sleep. We also had a water heater problem this morning (resolved now) that meant amazingly frigid washing up this morning . Urgh.
Off to a BSB reading next, then onto a play/monologue on Shakespeare's women, which should be fun.
