we have not managed to do as much as we hoped.
Still:
  • 1500 words or so on Silver Moon this week.
  • Pride in Loring Park with friends, including kalmn, mr_bad_example, Moira Manion, Rebecca, Matt and Mike Whelan, who I don't get to see often enough. The weather held up, we saw lots of friends and there were, of course, rescue animals to pet. Then excellent Vietnamese lunch.
  • The Twin Cities Used and Antiquarian Bookfair where I acquired Gorey's The Glorious Nosebleed, plus books by Sherri Tepper and Judith Merrill. And hung out with friends while avoiding the worst of the Friday night storms.
  • Today opened with Maat's "Death to the Aloe" campaign. Still waiting to see if it will survive being knocked over, uprooted and gnawed.
  • Anthology administritiva.
  • And now, Poirot, then dinner.
Happy Pride weekend to all those celebrating!
