hell were we thinking? Almost no sleep last night because while we are terrifying if we're up and wandering around, we're the coolest jungle gym in the world the moment we lay down. The chirping and mewing didn't help much either. I'd forgotten what this was like.

They sure are cute though. And kind of sweet when not keeping us up between 2 and 5:30AM when I get up to go to work. Allergy qualities are still holding - for some reason, dancing around on Jana's pillow last night was totally awesome but she's not wheezing.

Heh. Enjoy - even the middle-of-the-night antics. You'll miss that, when they are sedate and elderly cats...

Chuckles and memories of our girls ohyegods 9! years ago. The only thing that saved us your current adventures were 1) a kitty condo they considered a first-rate lair and 2) we have a waterbed, no kitty-claws allowed.

They sound adorable, even with the aggravation. Also glad to hear the report of non-wheezing.

Though barricading them out of the bedroom after wearing them out by playing with them for hours seems to help.

They're at the wrestle all night on your feet/climb up by your pillow and chirp in your face for hours phase, unfortunately. We'll get to the snuggle phase eventually. :-)

Yup. Long years ago, I formulated Brenchley's First Rule, which states: It is impossible to sleep with a happy kitten. The boys are easy, and the girls used to pack themselves about my head and purr me into dreamland, but the rule dates back to Boddington, who was just infinitely wriggly, all cotton-wool and needles...
