WisCon...

was pretty fab, despite being on one minor disaster of a panel. The rest of the programming I was on and/or attended was quite interesting and fun. I met some new folks, chatted with old friends and got to spend a little time hanging out with Melissa Scott, a writer I've always admired. Speaking of which, the guest list at the con was incredible. You couldn't have lobbed a nerf ball without bouncing it off someone of major significance in the field.
As always, the Con Com did an amazing job of pulling it altogether. And as always, I'm really looking forward to next year.

Nothing you could've done much about. One of those panels where the panelists, select members of the audience and the moderator had irreconcilable differences about why we were all in the same room at the same time. Everything else was splendid - terrific job, BTW. :-)))
It was nice to see that you didn't look exhausted or crazed (at least not when I saw you). Did you have a good con?
