I'm so sorry about your kitty. :-( If only our furry family members had longer lifespans!

I always find Sarah Waters' books dreary but I just love them. Her new one, "The Little Stranger," is particularly dreary but in a good, spooky way. LOL. What can I say? Sometimes I really like books that take me someplace really, really dark, decaying, and creepy. I always liked the Mines of Moria part of the LotRs, too.

Thanks for saying you like "True Blood." We have been thinking about watching it, and now will give it a try.
