Winning the localvore sweepstakes
One trip to the Kingfield Farmer's Market and one mega delivery from
our CSA, LTD Farm later and dinner was bagels from
the St. Paul Bagelry with butter from Wisconsin goats, duck eggs with chard and goat cheese from LTD and tomato/cucumber/goat cheese salad from LTD and the farmer's market.
Last night, I canned 5 jars of spaghetti sauce. Looks like I'm
making more pesto tonight.
